These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://lightningjarvt.com and the services offered by LIGHTNING LACROSSE LEAGUE, LLC ("we", "us"), operator of Lightning Jar Kitchen. By using the Site or buying a membership or product, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
Membership, billing, and auto-renewal
Memberships are offered on a monthly plan at $88.99 per month and an annual plan at $8.99 per year, each starting with a 30-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan will begin and your payment method will be charged the plan price. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time from your account page, or by emailing info@lightningjarvt.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Store purchases
Prices for products are shown at checkout and may change. We may cancel or limit orders where necessary. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by scraping at scale, redistributing paid content, attempting to breach security, or infringing others' rights. Recipes and content are for personal, non-commercial use.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content -- including recipes, text, images, branding, and code -- are owned by LIGHTNING LACROSSE LEAGUE, LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own cooking. You may not reproduce or redistribute premium content.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Arbitration and class-action waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, and not in a class, collective, or representative action. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by writing to us within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.
Limitation of liability
The Site and content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIGHTNING LACROSSE LEAGUE, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
