How to make it
Pat the baby-back ribs dry and season well with salt, pepper, and a little of the spice mix.
Heat the vegetable oil in a cast-iron pan over medium-high and crisp the baby-back ribs until deeply colored.
Add the aromatics with the yellow onion and green onion; cook until fragrant and just tender.
Build the bourbon molasses sauce in the pan and simmer until it clings to everything.
