The Lightning Jar is excited to partner the Bennington Holistic Healing Practitioners, and BHHP's Holistic Wellness Fair (find more info about that HERE) to bring Deb Lewis, Mindful Paths to the Lightning Jar. Deb will share her strategies for managing stress while progressing in your career.
